f. Part I. Information Collection
i. The Tecelan collects information through our Web site via our visitor contact form. We collect the following voluntary information about our visitors, should they choose to disclose it: name, company name, email address, phone number and any message as left by the visitor (“Contact Information”).
ii. Visitors retain the right to access Contact Information submitted by them via the visitor contact form. These messages are securely forwarded through the site to the appropriate persons within The Tecelan to respond, at their discretion, to the questions or comments. Contact Information may be used to follow up on a visitor's interest for business-related purposes. These purposes include informing the user about The Tecelan services that may be of interest, or to contact the user as part of the process of business development.
iii. Upon request, The Tecelan will use reasonable efforts to allow visitors to update/correct Contact Information previously submitted which the visitors state is erroneous to the extent such activities will not compromise privacy or security interests. Also, upon a user's request, The Tecelan will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally delete the user and his or her Contact Information from its database; however, it may be impossible to delete a user's entry without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions. User updates of Contact Information submitted should be handled by resubmitting the form or via email to communications@tecelan.net. Inquiries about the accuracy of Contact Information previously submitted to The Tecelan through this Site, or requests to have outdated information removed, should be directed to: Inquiries at communications@tecelan.net.
iv. The Tecelan uses Google Analytics to collect general traffic data that is not personally identifiable information. We collect demographic data in order to understand where our visitors are visiting the Tecelan website from and how they are using the site.
v. We never involuntarily collect personally identifiable information nor does the Tecelan actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask anyone under 13 to divulge personal information.

g. Part II. Information Usage
i. The information collected by the Tecelan will be used for contacting interested parties who have voluntarily submitted their personal information to the Tecelan via the contact form. Visitors who provide information can expect to receive an email or phone call in return. Visitors may be added to email announcements or other correspondence concerning the Tecelan unless specifically opting out of such in writing via the contact form or email.
ii. We may offer links to other Web sites. If/When you follow these external links we recommend that you to read their privacy policies as they may differ from our own. 
iii. Our Web site may offer chat, webcasts, message boards or other public forums. Please be advised that information posted in these venues is public to any and all visitors and all employees of the Tecelan. 
iv. If our policy on information collection or uses changes we will update this Privacy Policy immediately.

h. The Tecelan will never share your personal data with any third parties.

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITYThe Tecelan protects visitor information through the use of security protocols which includes secure servers with firewalls for the storage of all data and records, SSL encryption for the transmission of form data and other technology and procedures used to protect consumer privacy.
